Some stories are written on paper. Others are written by rivers, forests, mountains and the countless lives they sustain.
The Corbett Literature Festival brings together writers, conservationists, photographers, scientists, historians and storytellers for three days of conversations, ideas and experiences rooted in nature. Set in the landscape that gave India its first national park and helped shape the country’s conservation movement, the festival explores the many ways we understand, inhabit and protect the wild.
Corbett is not just a destination. It is the birthplace of India’s wildlife conservation movement and the legacy of Edward James Corbett, whose writing changed the world’s perception of India’s forests and wildlife.
